Technical Parameters

The Futian Aoling livestock and poultry transport vehicle features a box body constructed from high-strength aluminum alloy, professionally customized profiles, assembled and welded together. The entire vehicle consists of three layers, with three stalls on each layer, for a total of nine stalls. Each stall is equipped with two duck-bill drinking nozzles and two spray heads. The internal floor can be flipped up, and the ceiling at the top can also be flipped up (with an optional automatic lifting feature), facilitating personnel access to each stall for loading and unloading pigs and performing cleaning. The front of the cabin is equipped with nine air supply fans, while the rear is equipped with six exhaust fans, for a total of 15 fans, which provide alternating ventilation on each layer. It is equipped with a dual temperature unit to regulate the temperature inside the cabin, air filtration, and a hydraulic lifting platform at the rear of the vehicle. The cabin is equipped with surveillance cameras and temperature probes for real-time monitoring.

Main structure and configuration

Chassis: Typically, a reliable Class II automotive chassis (such as a heavy-duty truck chassis) is chosen, with the appropriate tonnage selected based on load requirements and road conditions.

Carriage body: The main components such as side panels, top panels, bottom panels, front panels, and rear door frames are primarily manufactured using high-strength aluminum alloy profiles, plates, or composite panels (such as aluminum honeycomb panels). The connection methods mostly employ riveting or special welding (such as MIG welding).

Ventilation system: A core configuration! It includes air inlets (usually located at the front or on the side), air outlets (at the rear or top), and high-power fans (for negative pressure or forced ventilation). It ensures air circulation inside the cabin, expelling exhaust gas, heat, and moisture, and providing fresh air.

Temperature control system: temperature sensor, controller, openable ventilation window, spray system (for cooling in summer), and even auxiliary heating device (for keeping warm in winter, which is less common).

Flooring system: Aluminum alloy anti-slip flooring (usually featuring drainage holes or gaps) ensures that animals can stand stably and that excreta can be smoothly drained. The slope design is reasonable to prevent water accumulation.

Layered system (for poultry, piglets, etc.): multi-tiered cages or movable floors, constructed from lightweight yet sturdy materials (aluminum alloy frames are common).

Drinking water system: Equipped for long transportation periods to ensure livestock and poultry have access to drinking water.

Back/side door: A sturdy aluminum alloy door, convenient for loading and unloading animals.

Lighting and Monitoring: Internal lighting system, with some high-end vehicles equipped with internal surveillance cameras.
