Refrigerated semi-trailer refers to a semi-trailer equipped with insulation facilities and refrigeration system, mainly used for transporting food and goods that require low-temperature preservation.

All inner plates all food grade.Keep all goods in the trailer are clean and safe.

The panel adopts the European cyclopentane refrigerator car foaming technology, adopts galvanized aluminum plate inner and outer skins, and high-end polyurethane foam thermal insulation material is used in the middle.

Use BPW discharge axle and BPW air suspension to make the trailer more light.

Refrigerator use American Carrier 7300.The refrigeration temperature can reach minus 20 degrees Celsius.

Welding other accessoriers of the semi trailer such cross member,suspension,floor.

Sandblasting and rust removal of semi trailer frame.Make the semi trailers easier to paint and less prone to peeling and rusting.

Clear the welding slag and conduct welding quality inspection on the semi-trailer.

Dust free spray painting room:1coat of anti corrosive prime,2coats of final paint.Color and logo is according to customers requirements.

Customer also can choose electrostatic powder spraying.
